About LITax Advisory
Boutique expertise.
International perspective.
Technology-driven delivery.
LITax Advisory LLC is a San Francisco–based boutique advisory firm specialising in international tax, transfer pricing, and M&A tax services for multinational businesses and tax professionals operating between the United States and Europe.
The firm was founded to address a clear gap in the market. Small and mid-sized multinationals — including Bay Area technology companies expanding into Germany and European companies entering the U.S. — face the same transfer pricing and cross-border tax obligations as the largest multinationals, but rarely have access to advisory work delivered with the same rigour as a Big Four firm at pricing that makes sense for a company of their size.
LITax closes that gap by combining deep technical expertise with a modern, technology-enabled delivery model — standardised workflows, in-house tooling, and locally hosted AI infrastructure that keeps sensitive client data under the firm's own control. The result is Big Four quality at boutique pricing, with the direct attention of the founder on every engagement.
Founder & Managing Director
Andreas Lang
Andreas Lang is an international tax and transfer pricing specialist with more than fifteen years of experience in both advisory and corporate in-house environments. He holds a Master-equivalent degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim in Germany, with specialisations in taxation, accounting and finance, and business informatics.
Andreas has held senior advisory and in-house roles with leading organisations, including Ernst & Young in Germany and Canada, Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, and MAHLE International GmbH. Across these positions he advised on complex cross-border tax matters, transfer pricing compliance and planning, tax due diligence, international restructurings, and tax audit defence for multinational enterprises operating across numerous jurisdictions.
For the past five years, Andreas built and ran a boutique tax advisory practice in Canada, delivering international tax, transfer pricing, and transaction tax services. During this period he also deepened his expertise in tax automation, technology, and programming — recognising early the role digital tools would play in the next generation of tax advisory work.
He founded LITax Advisory LLC to bring this intersection of tax expertise and technology to the U.S. market, with a specific focus on cross-border business between the United States and Europe.
Why LITax exists
Senior-level attention.
Every engagement is led by the founder. No hand-offs to junior staff, no layered partner reviews that add cost without adding clarity.
Technology as a multiplier.
In-house tooling, locally hosted AI, and standardised workflows mean faster delivery, more consistent output, and defensible documentation — without sending confidential client data to third-party platforms.
Specialist on both sides.
Cross-border work requires someone who genuinely understands both jurisdictions. LITax is built around the U.S.–Europe corridor, not generalist advisory.
